

Ingredients
2-1/2 lbs. baby lamb chops
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic – finely chopped
1 tsp. imported Italian dry oregano
½ cup wine vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
½ cup fresh mint coarsely chopped
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. fresh dry red hot pepper or red pepper
flakes-optional
Marinate the meat overnight. Grill the
following day. Place lamb
chops on grill medium flame 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve with wedges of lemon.
Variation:
Use pork chops, beefsteaks, veal steaks,
and baby spare ribs as an alternative.
